The NFT market is always growing. Young children could be the next target demographic for tokenized digital collectibles. At least, that's who Zigazoo, a kid-focused social media app. Its new NFT platform, which will include big names like YouTube phenomenon CoComelon.
Zigazoo revealed its full plans for today. In according that plan these NFT collectibles will help young people learn and better understand the technology via kid-friendly content.
The platform will be hosted on Flow, the same blockchain platform behind NBA Top Shot and NFL All Day. Flow creator Dapper Labs is an investor in Zigazoo.
Moonbug Entertainment will bring another projects like Blippi, and My Magic Pet Morphle in Zigazoo's NFT platform. According to a press release, the CoComelon NFTs will feature main character JJ "in his signature attire."
The launch dates for the CoComelon and other Moonbug NFTs have yet to be disclosed.
Invisible Universe's Qai Qai persona will also be available as NFTs, inspired by a doll made for Alexis Olympia Ohanian, daughter of tennis ace Serena Williams and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian.
